Jessica DeAngelo
unlocking your wildest business ideas on the trail.
Are you ready to unlock your true potential and the impact you can have?
In a world full of remote meetings, zoom calls and being constantly connected, most of us are overwhelmed and too stressed to remember how to make the impact we truly want to have.
Society will tell you that connection is all about the people around you: your co-workers, clients, family, and friends.
The truth is that to live a life full of authentic connection, you must first make the space to truly connect with yourself.

Your authenticity is not your biggest liability– it’s your greatest asset.

My Journey
There were seasons of my life where I looked wildly successful on paper - but inside, I was running on fumes.
The long hours. The constant pressure. The meetings that should’ve been emails. I was productive, sure.
But I was also disconnected from myself, my purpose, and what actually mattered.
Every time I hit that breaking point, there was only one thing that brought me back…
being in nature.
I’ve discovered that the missing link to reconnecting to yourself in an authentic way is by spending time in nature, using movement as medicine, and unplugging from technology for 30 minutes every day.
This process changed my world and the way I show up in it.
After years of experimenting with ways to become more creative, productive and focused, I found that this one approach helped me more than anything else. But first, we have to be fearless enough to step out of the office and redefine what it means to ‘work’.
Which brings me back to you.
You’re not here for surface-level advice. You’re here because something deeper is calling - the next version of your leadership, your business, your life.
I help leaders and their teams step out of the office and into a whole new way of working—one rooted in authenticity, clarity, and bold strategy.
My approach blends nature, movement, and real talk to unlock what traditional consulting misses: the stuff that actually changes things. We walk the trail, but we’re really mapping the future.
Through my signature method, you’ll learn to lead fearlessly, develop radical self-awareness, and show up powerfully present - on the trail, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between..
Are you ready to be Fearless?

When I’m not with my clients, you might find me…
Hiking alone (or with my amazing family)
Gardening barefoot with my toddlers
Jumping into Titou Gorge
Doing a cold plunge in January
Reading 3–5 books at a time (I only finish the REALLY good ones)
