A good consultant solves problems. A great one knows how to work with people. I do both. I’ve been hired to tackle tough challenges, create strategy, and get teams moving again — by combining a people-first approach with straight-up experience in how business actually works. The process is simple:
Identify
I use my HIKE Method to get everyone out of the office and into nature. That’s where we can figure out what’s actually getting in the way. Because let’s be honest — the thing you think is the problem is usually just a symptom. We slow down, ask the right questions, and get to the root cause.
Strategy & Plan
Once we know what we’re solving for, we co-create a simple, clear plan. Who’s doing what, by when, and how we’ll know it’s working. Bonus: your team is involved in the process, so they’ll actually buy into the solution. It helps that the process is enjoyable, doing work that feels meaningful creates engagement.
Accountability
I stick around to make sure things don’t fall through the cracks. I’ll hold your team accountable, flag what’s drifting, and help course-correct as needed. You could call it consulting — or just a really effective insurance policy! Think of me as your trail guide to reaching your strategic summit.

I do! The best option is to set up a discovery call to share your goals. However, due to the nature of preserving the integrity of my work and results for my clients, I only take a limited number of custom engagements each year.

My work is most beneficial starting with an in-person session, whether it’s a VIP strategy workshop, a keynote with a guided hike or a team engagement, I’ve found that in person is best. All follow up work can be virtual.

Yes, working with purpose driven entrepreneurs is something I love to do. Typically, my coaching packages are in 3-month blocks with specific goals in mind.
